SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store and curbside pickup is available for Orders are available for studio pick up to local customers. Customers must: (1) choose the Local Pick Up option at checkout and (2) reply to the order confirmation email to schedule an appointment for pick up. Details are provided in confirmation email.. Pickups are available By Appointment Only. An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick up.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on delivery address and package weight. Any shipping overages will be refunded. Pamela Ceramics does not profit on any shipping charges, they are treated as a pass through expense to the customer.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Pamela Ceramics is not responsible for any shipping or delivery errors once the package has left our studio and is in the carriers' possession. We make every effort to work with the customer, USPS and/or other carriers to resolve the situation to all parties' satisfaction.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
